Ideally, the best frame of mind to take when trying to manifest something is to want it but at the same time, be perfectly alright with not having it.
We are only human of course so there will be times when you feel as if you really need what you ask the universe for.
If you catch yourself feeling a little desperate from time to time, that’s alright.
So long as you are aware of this mistake and make a conscious effort to avoid it then that’s enough.
Note: If you’re trying to attract something that you actually really need, such as a job when you’re unemployed, then being proactive and taking inspired action would be the best way to put yourself in the right frame of mind.
2.) Doubting yourself
Self-doubt is one of the biggest hindrances towards successful manifestation.
While it’s normal to have some doubt in the law of attraction especially if you’re new to this stuff, you should try to avoid doubting yourself as much as possible.
This means that you shouldn’t doubt the actions and steps you take to manifest.
Realize there’s no need to be perfect when performing law of attraction techniques as well.
Instead, you’d want to be as confident as possible when attempting to manifest, believing that no matter what you do, you’ll get what you want.
It doesn’t matter what it is that you’re trying to attract, believe in yourself and your efforts with as much confidence as you can muster, and I guarantee you’ll get it.

If you find yourself getting overzealous with using the law of attraction, to the point where you feel frustrated, then it’s time to take a step back and relax a little.
Make an effort to relax and detach a little.
Relaxation and detachment balance the feelings of desire inside of you, which is always present any time you consciously use the law of attraction.
It prevents this desire from becoming desperation or frustration.
Not only that, taking a laid back relaxed attitude to the law of attraction will keep negative emotions such as anxiety and doubt at bay.
Make it a point to stay relaxed and detached and everything will flow much more smoothly. You’ll be more likely to attract what you want at a much faster rate.
4.) Not Knowing What you Want
When you’re unsure about what you want, you send out conflicting signals to the universe that makes it very hard to manifest anything at all.
If this is something you struggle with, take some time to ask yourself what it is that you really want.
Find out if what you’re asking the universe for is something that you really want.
When you know that you want something with absolute certainty, you’re pretty much bound to get it.
When you possess an unshakable conviction in what you want, the universe along with all of your being will do everything to find ways to turn your desires into reality.
Avoid ambiguity as much as possible and state your wishes to the universe in the simplest and most straightforward manner.
Lack of clarity regarding desires and wishes is one of the most common reasons people fail to attract what they want, so avoid it as much as you can.
5.) Not Believing that it’s possible
Can you really manifest anything at all? This is a question many of my readers often ask me.
The answer is yes, you absolutely can but there’s a catch. You can only manifest things that you can see yourself having.
You need to believe that it’s possible. And the more strongly you believe that in its possibility, the more likely you’re going to get it.
That’s just how the law of attraction works, you may trick the world but end of the day it’s what you believe that matters the most.
Cultivate a self-image where you can see yourself having all that you want and that’ll become your reality.
6.) Trying to Manifest Too many things at once
One mistake people often make with the law of attraction is to attempt to manifest too many different things at once.
This will be doable eventually, but if you haven’t had many successful experiences with the law of attraction, it’s best to focus on manifesting one goal at a time (Or a few at most).
End of the day, the act of manifestation is to reshape your reality according to your desires through the power of the universe.
And such an act takes quite a fair bit of focus and mental energy, therefore it makes sense that focusing on just a few goals at a time would yield much better results.

7.) Thinking Too Much About Your Goal
